ELSNER CELEBRATES 85TH ANNIVERSARY AND NEW EXPANSION

August 28, 2019, Hanover, PA:    ELSNER is celebrating 85 years of manufacturing innovative automation and converting machinery and the grand opening of their newly-expanded facility.  Two days of invitation-only events are planned, including a reception, ribbon-cutting, facility tours and a clay shoot.  The agenda also includes tours at some of ELSNER’s fellow York County manufacturers as a tribute to the area’s deep roots in manufacturing.

 “We are excited to share these amazing milestones with our employees, customers and the community,” said Bert Elsner II, CEO of ELSNER.   “We’ve planned our 2-day celebration to not only celebrate our 85 years of success, but to highlight our pride at being located in York County, PA which is known to be home to many high quality manufacturers.”

 The completion of ELSNER’s 60,000 sf expansion is a very exciting opportunity to show how far ELSNER has come over those 85 years.

 “It is great that the expansion coincides with our 85th Anniversary,” remarked Elsner.  “I can’t think of a better way to provide a tribute to this remarkable business founded by my grandfather all those years ago. I’m sure that he would be proud of our continued growth.”

 The Reception and Ribbon Cutting will be held on Thursday, October 17 and will include an ELSNER Expo, featuring displays highlighting ELSNER’s product lines, partnerships and history.  Special giveaways will be given throughout the event to commemorate the occasion. 

 The clay shoot, to be held on Friday, October 18 at Central Penn Sporting Clays is the sixth annual and is included in the schedule in order to give ELSNER guests a unique way to celebrate.
