Elsner Collaborates with Chamber on Workforce Development

The PA Chamber today released a new video that outlines the new Workforce Development initiative spearheaded by Elsner, the Hanover Chamber of Commerce and the Department of Labor and Industry.  

Elsner took the initiative to implement a workforce development program that is helping the region achieve a more skilled workforce, and their program has become a model for how everyone with a stake in our state’s economic prosperity can work together to make this goal a reality.
