ELSNER has named Lynneah Smith HR Manager.  Lynneah comes to ELSNER with experience as a Recruiter at the Brethren Home Community and as Account Executive at Manpower.  Her philosophy includes being dedicated to improving organizational leadership and teamwork through a strong professional emphasis on excellent communication and outstanding customer service.  

ELSNER Continues Growth and Builds Leadership Structure with Two Promotions

Adding 20 employees over the past 18 months, ELSNER is making moves to promote key team members to ensure a strongg leadership structure is in place to support growing numbers and continued success.

Two ELSNER employees have been promoted to Director level: 

Gordon Laabs was promoted to Director of Strategic Connectivity, notably overseeing Customer Service and the ELSNER IIoT Program.

Jay Roth was promoted to Director of Sales.  With 23 years of experience in a wide range of roles at ELSNER, Jay and his sales team have been instrumental in the company's recent growth.
